IT IS A DESIRE TO BUY AND NOT CUTTING BUDGET
Like most people, i was never taught about the basics of personal finance. After graduating from university, i worked for one year as EMEA Marketing Executive for an I.T company and i had a tendency to overspend on things i thought would defined me as a man of good taste. In retrospect, i found that i was making the same mistakes over and over again, only in different ways.
I was living from one paycheque to the next. Suddenly, i discovered that i was spending far more than what i could afford. One evening i asked myself; what is wrong here?! Then i decided to bring all the receipts and look how i was spending. I collected receipts and most of them were from stores, shopping malls, drycleaners and restaurants. I discovered that i was spending a lot of money on dinners with friends, clothes and magazines. Recognizing was one thing, but actually changing it was another.
After thinking for a while, the first thing i thought i needed to change was my desires not my budget; “the problem with the working class, is the poverty of their desires” Ogilvy said one day.
I went through a week, just thinking about my inner desires and created a plan and separating those that will facilitate who i want to be and those merely a show to others in regard to finance. Then, i stop making plans and start making decision.
Most people want to be financially free which is good, but they end up solving minor problems by doing things such as a severe spending cuts instead of dealing with the major issue which is; the impulse to buy.
If you cut spending soon or later you will end up in the same habit of overspending, which will give you a short term and not a long term solution.
This has been a problem from the global level, Government, Family and individuals.
The spending therefore which needs to be cut is the emotional spending; spending on the things that you only buy them for you to feel good. Once you have identified these then you will find yourself automatically your spending is reduced from time to time without having to consciously cut spending.
As your savings now increase then you will realised whether you are finding pleasure in spending money or accumulating it!
Let me explain briefly the joy of savings:
1. The more you have the less susceptible you are to emotional spending.
The more you see money in the bank after removing emotional spending in your life; the joy of seeing them there will increase. Imagine you have 500Tsh in the bank and lose 50Tsh. And imagine you have 5000Tsh and you lose the same 50Tsh. Does it feel different? That shows that when we have more money in the bank our emotions remain stable.
2. The more you have in the bank the more you get
Have you ever noticed, the rich seems to get richer?! I have noticed it, and since the day i noticed i made up my mind to continue saving and investing. It’s because they already have money so their unconscious mind spends its time in searching for more ways to create more money. And because unconscious mind works always and everyday it eventually find a way to make more. This is when the joy of having money is created from the joy of spending.
Have a great time in getting richer. Check your desires and start making decisions now.

HOW ECONOMIC GROWTH BEGINS ?
Arab countries have got oil as their main natural resources and they are using it effectively to an extent it brings economic development.
African countries have minerals and the continent is still struggling economically.
How Economic growth begins?
This is a simple question, but need not a simple answer.
Please answer by putting comments.
You are all welcome, let’s go...

You revive my drooping head; my cup brims with blessing
When I and my wife wanted to get married we prayed about the decision and God’s hand was on it. We have been together for 20 years, if we have a problem we don’t tell anyone, we talk it out ourselves. She is the most attractive woman. WALK WITH THE WISE MARKETEERS
1 Intelligent children listen to their parents;
foolish children do their own thing.
2 The good acquire a taste for helpful conversation;
bullies push and shove their way through life.
3 Careful words make for a careful life;
careless talk may ruin everything.
4 Indolence wants it all and gets nothing;
the energetic have something to show for their lives.
5 A good person hates false talk;
a bad person wallows in gibberish.
6 A God-loyal life keeps you on track;
sin dumps the wicked in the ditch.
7 A pretentious, showy life is an empty life;
a plain and simple life is a full life.
8 The rich can be sued for everything they have,
but the poor are free of such threats.
9 The lives of good people are brightly lit streets;
the lives of the wicked are dark alleys.
10 Arrogant know-it-alls stir up discord,
but wise men and women listen to each other's counsel.
11 Easy come, easy go,
but steady diligence pays off.
12 Unrelenting disappointment leaves you heartsick,
but a sudden good break can turn life around.
13 Ignore the Word and suffer;
honor God's commands and grow rich.
14 The teaching of the wise is a fountain of life,
so, no more drinking from death-tainted wells!
15 Sound thinking makes for gracious living,
but liars walk a rough road.
16 A commonsense person lives good sense;
fools litter the country with silliness.
17 Irresponsible talk makes a real mess of things,
but a reliable reporter is a healing presence.
18 Refuse discipline and end up homeless;
embrace correction and live an honored life.
19 Souls who follow their hearts thrive;
fools bent on evil despise matters of soul.
20 Become wise by walking with the wise;
hang out with fools and watch your life fall to pieces.
21 Disaster entraps sinners,
but God-loyal people get a good life.
22 A good life gets passed on to the grandchildren;
ill-gotten wealth ends up with good people.
23 Banks foreclose on the farms of the poor,
or else the poor lose their shirts to crooked lawyers.
24 A refusal to correct is a refusal to love;
love your children by disciplining them.
25 An appetite for good brings much satisfaction,
but the belly of the wicked always wants more.
foolish children do their own thing.

Wisdom for Marketeers
God hates cheating in the marketplace; he loves it when business is aboveboard
2 The stuck-up fall flat on their faces,
but down-to-earth people stand firm.
3 The integrity of the honest keeps them on track;
the deviousness of crooks brings them to ruin.
4 A thick bankroll is no help when life falls apart,
but a principled life can stand up to the worst.
5 Moral character makes for smooth traveling;
an evil life is a hard life.
6 Good character is the best insurance;
crooks get trapped in their sinful lust.
7 When the wicked die, that's it—
the story's over, end of hope.
8 A good person is saved from much trouble;
a bad person runs straight into it.
9 The loose tongue of the godless spreads destruction;
the common sense of the godly preserves them.
10 When it goes well for good people, the whole town cheers;
when it goes badly for bad people, the town celebrates.
11 When right-living people bless the city, it flourishes;
evil talk turns it into a ghost town in no time.
12 Mean-spirited slander is heartless;
quiet discretion accompanies good sense.
13 A gadabout gossip can't be trusted with a secret,
but someone of integrity won't violate a confidence.
14 Without good direction, people lose their way;
the more wise counsel you follow, the better your chances.
15 Whoever makes deals with strangers is sure to get burned;
if you keep a cool head, you'll avoid rash bargains.
16 A woman of gentle grace gets respect,
but men of rough violence grab for loot.
A God-Shaped Life
17 When you're kind to others, you help yourself;
when you're cruel to others, you hurt yourself.
18 Bad work gets paid with a bad check;
good work gets solid pay.
19 Take your stand with God's loyal community and live,
or chase after phantoms of evil and die.
20 God can't stand deceivers,
but oh how he relishes integrity.
21 Count on this: The wicked won't get off scot-free,
and God's loyal people will triumph.
22 Like a gold ring in a pig's snout
is a beautiful face on an empty head.
23 The desires of good people lead straight to the best,
but wicked ambition ends in angry frustration.
24 The world of the generous gets larger and larger;
the world of the stingy gets smaller and smaller.
25 The one who blesses others is abundantly blessed;
those who help others are helped.
26 Curses on those who drive a hard bargain!
Blessings on all who play fair and square!
27 The one who seeks good finds delight;
the student of evil becomes evil.
28 A life devoted to things is a dead life, a stump;
a God-shaped life is a flourishing tree.
29 Exploit or abuse your family, and end up with a fistful of air;
common sense tells you it's a stupid way to live.
30 A good life is a fruit-bearing tree;
a violent life destroys souls.
31 If good people barely make it,
what's in store for the bad!

CAN MARKETING HELP CHEATING MEN
This is the message to all people who look like Adam; hang on: I mean men, that life would be better if we view marriage as Marketing. What is marketing? It is anticipating, identifying and satisfying consumer needs profitably. Marriages sometimes become hard because men don’t know marketing.
Just look what marketing says: Marketing research; you have to search women not waiting for them to search for you. Trust me initiatives makes you a leader.
Market segment: You have to segment them and see who fits your personality; all women are not the same. If you don’t do this you will face crisis of crushing with many. Just ask Olly Murs, Tiger Woods, Bill Clinton or our skipper Terry.
Market targeting: you have to target only one; you can’t marry or have every pretty lady you see around, if you force you are heading for trouble; an ancient wisdom which still works today.
Product positioning; you have to create an image which you want to view her; a friend, a mother of your kids or a darling. And maintain that consistent image even when that pretty neighbour crosses in front of your house
Branding; you have to brand her; how people and yourself should view her; for example it can be a very valuable person, or cheap woman. Trust me it is in your mind.
Marketing Management: You have to learn how to manage her and her affairs.
Like I said about marketing research above (read again if you 4got) do you want to be a husband for a day or a week only? Of course not, you want to reign forever. So what’s marketing again?
