Arab countries have got oil as their main natural resources and they are using it effectively to an extent it brings economic development.
African countries have minerals and the continent is still struggling economically.

Economic growth begins when the country began its development in the industry. (Agriculture, mining and tourism) through sources so it makes a country's economic success.
